Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Provide a superior level of customer service to ensure a positive member experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Check members in, conduct tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and update member information.
  • Phone and Email Support: Answer phones and assist callers with a variety of questions, and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a spot-free facility by helping with cleaning and sanitizing.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Be punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding member expectations.
  • CPR/AED Certification: Possess CPR/AED certification (training will be provided by Planet Fitness if necessary).
  • Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Walking: Continually stand and walk during shifts.
  • Talking and Lifting: Continually talk in person or on the phone during shifts, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
