Electrical Engineer Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing electrical projects, with a focus on designing custom circuit boards for applications including high-voltage ballasts, DC-DC and AC-DC converters, LED lighting, and smart control systems.

The Electrical Engineer will drive innovation, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure designs meet quality and regulatory requirements, such as UL and FCC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical circuits and systems.
  • Perform testing and validation of designs.
  • Manage engineering projects, including planning and coordination.
  • Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to team members and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
