Waterpark Grill Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waterpark Grill Server to provide excellent service to our guests. As a Waterpark Grill Server, you will be responsible for preparing food and drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.

• Prepare and serve food and drinks to guests and cocktail servers.

• Process cash transactions accurately and present guests with a receipt.

• Follow direction from the Waterpark Grill Manager for food preparation and presentation.

• Familiarize yourself with daily specials and menu items.

• Refill condiments and perform other shift closing tasks as needed.

• Adhere to Health Department rules and regulations, as well as ZMC Hotels Standards.

• Maintain certification in Serving Alcohol with Care and CPR certification.

• Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, grill area, lounge, and service to guests.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for 8 hours in a restrictive space environment.

• Ability to work in extremely warm temperatures.

• Good eyesight and finger dexterity for typing and writing.

• Clear and understandable voice and hearing ability.

• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 100 pounds.
