Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Team Lead to lead the daily operations of interventional imaging services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality imaging, patient care, and workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor patient documentation for timely completion and accuracy, and oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Staff Management: Serve as a resource to department staff, provide input to staff performance evaluations, and perform staff orientation, training, and coaching.
  • Patient Care: Help position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.
  • Department Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, dressing rooms, and film storage areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or completion of a radiology certification program.
  • Experience: Two years' experience in radiology or a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) and ARRT-R Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Work Environment

This is a full-time night shift position, working 40 hours per week. SSM Health is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
