The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build patterns from sketches and drawings
  • Construct frames for molds and create side boards, split boards, and stop-offs for patterns and molds
  • Perform general carpentry tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Experience working with power tools, including table saws, chop saws, band saws, and sanders
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes
