Position Overview:

As a Culinary Prep Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to prepare all necessary ingredients for our pizza offerings during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of food items including meats, vegetables, and sauces for our pizza oven.
  • Ensure the highest quality of food products served.
  • Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen regulations.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels at line stations for seamless service.
  • Portion food items according to established recipes and specifications.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized, including all kitchen equipment.
  • Support the prep manager and station cooks as needed.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate all food products.
  • Participate in food preparation tasks during slower periods.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; however, one year in a kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and noisy environment.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds, multiple times during a shift.
