**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns

• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

**Requirements:**

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or collections

• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Some college or military experience preferred

• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

• General understanding of basic math and ability to learn

• Pleasant and inviting phone voice and ability to approach strangers with a friendly demeanor
