Job Title: Construction Technician

We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. As a Construction Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and resolve punch list items to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and construction coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule projects with construction managers and coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Perform construction services, including drywall, trim, paint, and punchout, while ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes.
  • Document project activities, including photos, job diaries, and signing documents using the ManageIT Mobile app.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This position may require long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
