About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Clinical Neuropsychologist, you will play a critical role in the recovery process of our patients, executing customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough neuropsychological evaluations and provide feedback to patients and their families regarding test results and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the impact of brain-behavioral relationships on daily functioning.
- Provide education and training to treatment team members on brain-related behaviors and the implications of neuropsychological deficits on daily functioning.
- Document treatment progress and status in accordance with the Plan of Treatment.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on effective treatment strategies.
- Design community reintegration activities for clients and help them understand their needs and limitations.
- Report progress and changes in condition to the clinical staff and clients and their family members.
- Collect and document items necessary for program evaluation and improvement.
- Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or an accredited training program in Neuropsychology.
- Current and valid professional license and/or certification as required by state of practice.
- Two years of post-doctoral training in clinical Neuropsychology.
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of traumatic brain injury or related neurological conditions.
