Lead Infant Educator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced infant educator to join our team at BKS of Roswell Inc.
Job OverviewAs the Lead Infant Educator, you will be responsible for leading the infant classroom and guiding the care and activities of 9 babies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant development and a passion for working with young children.
Key Responsibilities- Caregiving: Provide high-quality care and supervision for a group of 9 infants (7-13 months old), ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Developmental Activities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Classroom Environment: Create and maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Progress Tracking: Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and milestones.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and daily experiences.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of infant development (7-13 months).
- Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
- Patient, nurturing, and attentive to individual needs.
