Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed patient assessments to identify physical limitations and functional impairments.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Administer hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques for home.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Keep thorough records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative team setting.
  • Experience with diverse patient populations is a bonus, but not required.
