About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As part of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and growth for our organization by educating and advising customers on optimal personal lines insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising customers on best insurance options in the marketplace.
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and carrier products.
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest, and selling insurance.
  • Actively participating in team activities, trainings, and brainstorm sessions.
  • Being a thought leader helping to shape our process of tomorrow.
  • Creating a five-star customer service experience resulting in a world-class customer satisfaction score.
  • Conducting detailed follow-ups via email and phone.
  • Attaining sales goals while providing customers with quality.
  • Assisting customers with the policy purchase process, verifying all policy information prior to binding, processing payments, assisting customers with DocuSign processes, and reviewing settlement sheets for accuracy.
  • Maintaining knowledge of new guidelines and procedures by reading all emails.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of sales experience.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude, passion for the product, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent ability to multitask.
  • High moral and ethical integrity.
  • Having excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to recommend appropriate coverage and insurance options to consumers.
  • Ability to be coached, seek advice, ask questions, and learn from feedback.
