As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our teams and contributing to our continued growth and success.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with our experienced Procurement Manager to monitor material needs, purchase materials, and review new products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing material needs and recommending purchases
  • Assisting Inventory with cycle counts
  • Submitting purchase orders to supplier partners
  • Reviewing material specifications
  • Troubleshooting stock level inconsistencies
  • Other work as instructed by the Director of Procurement & Inventory

What We're Looking For:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Valid Driver's License and personal transportation
