Role Overview

We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Host at our Avon, OH location.

About the Role

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our Guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the moment they walk in the door. Your friendly demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will make all the difference in ensuring our Guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet every Guest with a smile
  • Manage the wait list and communicate with Guests about their table status
  • Communicate any Guest concerns or issues to management in a timely manner
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Support fellow Team Members as needed to ensure seamless service

Chili's Grill & Bar was born in Dallas, Texas in 1975 and has since become a beloved destination for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, full-on fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas. About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a people person with a passion for providing top-notch service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary. No prior experience is necessary - we're looking for individuals who share our values and are eager to learn and grow with our team.
