About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Automated Production Control Specialist to join our team at NBCUniversal in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating automated production control systems and ensuring the delivery of high-quality television broadcasts.

Responsibilities:

This role will include:
  1. Preparing and executing the operation of the automated production control system (APC) for live and taped television broadcasts.
  2. Building rundowns and operating control room computer and automation.
  3. Giving direction to talent and other technicians on broadcasts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience using iNews, Dalet or equivalent newsroom computer systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years previous related production work experience in one or more of the following areas: Director, Assistant Director, Electronic Graphics, audio, camera operations and/or camera robotics.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience with computer applications working and monitoring multiple screens and software applications simultaneously in a broadcast environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
