Surgical Tech Allied Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Tech to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Job Summary

This Surgical Tech Allied job is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. You will work 36 hours per week, with a 12-hour day shift. Your duties will include ensuring proper equipment is sterilized and available, preparing patients for procedures, and providing pre, during, and post-op assistance.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper equipment is sterilized and available for surgical procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the procedure and obtaining informed consent
  • Provide pre, during, and post-op assistance to surgical teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth procedure execution
Requirements
  • Surgical Tech National Certificate
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of relevant experience
