Job Title: RN - Behavioral Specialist

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled RN to provide one-on-one services to consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of written goals from the treatment plan
  • Instruct and reinforce target goal outcomes according to consumer needs
  • Accurately document consumer responses and results to staff
  • Maintain appropriate professional conduct
  • Assist in the development of consumer treatment plans and goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

The Behavioral Nurse is responsible for providing one-on-one services to consumers and assisting in the implementation of consumer goals as outlined within the client's support plan. These plans are adjusted as necessary throughout the year to ensure maximum results.
