Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at LifeBridge Health offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced acute care environment. As a member of the nursing team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements

Requirements:

* Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an acute care setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), if required by unit/department

Estimated Salary Range:

$35.00-$54.82 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
