Radiology Support Specialist

About the Role:
Atrius Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology department, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, clinicians, and technologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments, including follow-up appointments
- Conducting outreach calls on behalf of the radiology department
- Improving radiology clinical and clerical operations through coordination of contact between technologists, patients, and referrals
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; Associate's degree in medical assisting or certification in medical office administration preferred
- Prior experience in a medical/clinical setting and business experience, including cash collection and handling, and computer skills required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and strong interpersonal, customer service, time management, computer, and organizational skills required
