POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our junior kindergarten team within the Lower School division. This is a full-time role with hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop, oversee, and execute the educational curriculum.
2. Supervise lunch, nap times, and both indoor and outdoor activities.
3. Exhibit patience, respect, and a strong commitment to families and children.
4. Engage in all school-related events and activities.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom and school environment.
6. Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and punctuality.
7. Adhere to and support school policies and procedures.
8. Contribute positively to the Oakwood community.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
A genuine passion for working with children aged 3 years and older, along with their families.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 24 ECE units is required.
Candidates must fulfill State Licensing criteria for ECE educators.
COMPENSATION
The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $27.00.
