Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and make recommendations for care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Master's degree in nursing or related field, and 1+ year of experience in nursing or relevant area.
