Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is a key member of our team at CSL Behring, responsible for leading a team of manufacturing operators and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of manufacturing operators to achieve production targets and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance, to ensure compliance with cGMP protocols.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and review manufacturing procedures and log books to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure the manufacturing area and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Oversee the implementation of visual control boards and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a GMP-controlled environment.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing skills.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to perform under pressure.
