Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary: As a Retail Security Officer at Allied Universal, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include providing customer service, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in varying environments and conditions.

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Undergo a drug screen, subject to applicable laws.
• A valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.
