Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-performing teams, identifying and coaching leaders for Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant results
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with food safety and team safety protocols
  • Implement procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales growth
Requirements
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of developing others and driving business results
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting a positive work culture
