Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead System Performance and Reliability Enhancements: Lead the development and implementation of cloud-native technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Drive Infrastructure Robustness and Maintainability: Design and implement infrastructure solutions that ensure high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Lead Architecture and Software Design Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Enhance Application Observability: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure real-time visibility into application performance and behavior.
  • Lead Technical Discussions: Participate in technical discussions to ensure alignment between customer, product manager, and engineering teams.
  • Mentor Junior Members: Educate and mentor junior engineers on best practices and cloud-native technologies.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud-native technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in architecture, software design, and cloud technologies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Java, cloud native technologies, and Red Hat technologies, with expertise in distributed SQL systems, message systems, cache systems, and Kubernetes.
