Fry Cook Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fry Cook to join our team at Richmond Market RI LLC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality seafood dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Create menus that showcase our fresh seafood offerings and cater to customer preferences.
- Kitchen Setup: Ensure the kitchen is equipped with necessary tools and equipment to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and present seafood dishes in an appealing manner, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and restock as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is a plus, and we offer course opportunities for those who need it.
- Culinary Skills: Knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is helpful, but not necessary.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills are essential to meet the demands of this role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds is required.
