Host Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team as a Host/Hostess. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically greet guests as they arrive and depart from the restaurant.
• Accommodate any special needs of guests, such as booster seats, highchairs, or disabilities.
• Effectively manage the Wait List when the restaurant is full.
• Provide guest assistance to servers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Invite guests to return for another experience.

Requirements:

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility is required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times a shift.
• Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular navigation throughout the restaurant, communicating with guests, moving and grasping items up to five pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and bending and stooping. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
