Job Summary

As a Baggageman at Amtrak, you will be responsible for handling baggage, express, and company materials. You will be qualified to operate electrical and battery-powered equipment and elevators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle baggage, express, and company materials
  • Operate electrical and battery-powered equipment and elevators
  • Be knowledgeable of the physical layout of the Baggage Department
  • Be knowledgeable of all aspects of receiving, delivering, and forwarding of passengers' baggage, including lost and found
