Job Title: Bartender

At Satis Bistro, we are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the highest quality of bar items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
  • Check identification of all customers who appear under 30 years of age to verify they are of legal drinking age prior to serving them.
  • Ensure the on-going excellence in quality of bar items, as well as speed and efficiency of beverage ticket-times.
  • Upsell additional menu items, beverages, and desserts to increase revenue and enhance guest experience.
  • Adhere to all Department of Health and safety standards related to food handling, hygiene, and alcohol service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years minimum of restaurant service experience in a fine dining concept or similar caliber concept.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient POS systems.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, per the needs of the business.
