Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections to ensure conformance to quality standards
  • Utilize advanced measurement tools, NDT techniques, and quality control systems to inspect and test components
  • Review job routers for completeness and compliance, and issue certificates of conformance
  • Input inspection data into manufacturing software systems and databases
  • Monitor and maintain calibration databases, and issue calibration stickers as needed
Requirements:
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of experience in a quality inspection role checking conventionally machined parts
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, measurement tools, and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with keen attention to detail
