Therapist - PHP/IOP

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate direct social services to patients and their families.
• Perform duties as directed by your manager, including providing therapeutic treatment services, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Work in an acute care setting, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as social services to patients and their families.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to ensure effective care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary staffing and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mental health care.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and techniques for all age groups.
• Experience in healthcare and psychiatric settings, preferred.
• American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification within 30 days of hire.
• Formal training in the management of aggressive patients within 60 days of hire.
