Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Support the overall hospital clinically and administratively.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
  • ACLS & PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • FCCS and CPI/NCI certification within one year of hire date.
  • Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings, including critical care.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, 36 nights, every other weekend/holiday.
