IFAS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Global Financial Services department, you will be responsible for providing world-class compensation services to customers in over 180 countries and 140 currencies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing, time and attendance reporting, and leave management. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees, as well as provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global compensation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related topics.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in global payroll management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid position with 2 days teleworking and 3 days on-site.
- Additional hours may be required and must be authorized by your Project Manager and DoS Management.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
