Role Overview: As a Licensed Special Education Teacher, you will collaborate with school administration to deliver tailored educational experiences for students with disabilities. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing specialized instructional strategies that cater to individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based specialized instruction that aligns with each student's Individualized Educational Program (IEP).
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional methods.
  • Employ diverse teaching strategies and learning principles to support students in achieving their IEP objectives.
  • Design and execute annual IEP plans, detailing educational performance levels, special education requirements, instructional aims, and associated services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in education from an accredited institution, specializing in special education.

  • Comprehensive understanding of special education principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of effective teaching strategies for students with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for both oral presentations and written documentation.
