We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective coordination of care with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide primary nursing care, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
- Communicate patient condition and progress to physicians and other healthcare team members as necessary.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
