Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Structure:
    • Base CPM: $0.50 - $0.56 per mile, based on experience
    • Detention Pay: $16 per hour after 2 hours
    • Short Haul Pay: $25 plus mileage pay for trips under 100 miles
    • Breakdown Pay: $75 per day
    • Stop Pay: $30 per extra stop
    • Holiday Pay: $700, available for 7 holidays
    • Average Weekly Miles: 1,800 - 2,400
    • Home Time: 10-14 days out
  • Freight Details:
    • General Freight: east of I-35
