Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring Home Health Aides to join our LHCSA team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff members within our home care agency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Follow up on leads from health plans and internal staff
  • Leverage Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential HHAs
  • Maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs and create open house events
  • Maintain up-to-date notes in ATS (Applicant Tracking system)
  • Coordinate follow-up interviews with required team members
  • Provide emergency backfill on shifts as needed (HHA-related work)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment
  • Fluent in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English)
  • High energy, well-spoken, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
