Sono Bello is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, and physicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough post-operative patient assessments and provide wound care as needed
Utilize strong decision-making skills to problem-solve and de-escalate patient concerns
Collaborate with the clinical manager to manage reportable incidents, AAAHC accreditation, and patient escalation
Partner with the surgeon to maintain an understanding of the patient experience and provide quality care
Requirements:
A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited College of Nursing
Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN exam in the state of desired practice
3 years of experience as an RN, with experience in a cosmetic surgery center a plus
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and walk for periods of time in a fast-paced environment
Use of the telephone, computer, and other related instruments or devices while communicating with patients, caregivers, and physicians
Vision and hearing acuity
Key Skills/Qualifications:
Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
Ability to write reports and correspondence, and effectively present information to patients, caregivers, and physicians
Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel
Ability to recognize and elevate care to physician, and assess medical clearance issues, medication history, and wound assessment
