Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at FHN Memorial Hospital. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our telemetry department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including stroke, CHF, ACS, and CAD.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the medical record.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a telemetry or critical care setting.
  • Experience with drip management and Meditech knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Phlebotomy skills and ACLS certification.
  • Experience with BiPAP and High Flow equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
