Job Title: TIBCO Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Tibco environments, including Tibco Business Works, Tibco EMS, and other related components.
- Set up and manage Tibco instances, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Tibco applications using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
- Automate the build, test, and deployment processes for Tibco services and applications.
- Integrate automated testing tools within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Manage the deployment of Tibco applications across different environments (development, testing, staging, production).
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to plan and execute application releases.
- Monitor and manage the release process, ensuring smooth and timely deployments.
- Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of Tibco applications.
- Use tools such as Tibco Hawk, Splunk, or other monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Optimize the performance of Tibco applications through tuning and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between teams to address and resolve issues related to Tibco deployments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Tibco-related matters.
- Implement security best practices for Tibco applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Tibco environments, configurations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for team members on Tibco DevOps processes and tools.
- Create user guides and manuals for Tibco applications and deployments.
- Respond to and resolve incidents related to Tibco applications and services.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents to minimize impact on business operations.
Degree Requirement:
This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours/Week
