Job Title: GIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join our team at GeoSpacial Consulting Group International LLC. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the USMC's Installation Service Branch (ISB) Data Center in Kansas City, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the GIS team in providing GIS data, products, and services to the installation management community.
  • Assist with help desk activities, services, and portal administration, as well as general troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain a foundational understanding of GIS concepts, formats, systems, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geography/GIS, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience with ArcGIS Desktop and/or ArcGIS Pro for managing geospatial data, publishing services, generating cartographic products, and performing spatial analysis.
  • DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Experience working with a team of GIS Analysts, Coordinators, and Developers to respond to stakeholder and customer requirements.

Desired Capabilities and Experience:

  • Experience providing administration for ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS including users, groups, content, and apps.
  • Experience publishing and managing feature and map services in an enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise installation, configuration, and back-end administration.
