About the Role

Salary and Benefits
Our Paramedics enjoy a competitive salary range of $23.91 - $44.34 per hour (DOE) for a 12-hour shift, working an average of 20-49 hours per week. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401k, disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation, and paid time off.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel, while taking responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed. They will assess each call situation to determine the best course of action, utilizing their Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures. The Paramedic will communicate effectively with patients and loved ones, providing information and assurance that care is being given.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Ca Drivers' License, Ambulance Driver's License from DMV, Medical Examiner's Card from DMV, State of California Paramedic License, CPR Card (American Heart Association ONLY, Health Care Provider), ACLS Card (American Heart Association ONLY), and a driving record in compliance with AMR Safety and Driving policy.
