About the Role:

In this critical position as a Quality Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production unit operates in accordance with the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough internal checks, encompassing hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining audit schedules to enforce quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular internal checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Maintaining accurate documentation related to traceability, batching, product labels, and printing
  • Supporting production and Quality Management during food safety and quality issues
  • Assisting with laboratory analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborating with production staff to maintain and enhance quality standards
  • Participating in internal and external audits
  • Performing swabs to adhere to the environmental monitoring program
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Food Science or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in a quality role
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
