Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

Premier Performance Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a part-time exceptional orthopedic Physical Therapist with excellent manual skills for our Lindenhurst location. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for performing thorough clinical evaluations, providing targeted interventions, and delivering an ultimate patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough clinical evaluations utilizing functional whole body movement assessment and provide targeted interventions to address functional impairments
  • Provide ultimate patient experience by creating positive energetic atmosphere, establishing connection/engagement where patient feels immensely cared for and delivering on clinical treatment and following up as need with referring physicians, imaging, referrals
  • Maintain daily electronic medical records and billing
  • Work closely with dynamic, motivated team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, acupuncturist and chiropractic physician and refer patients as appropriate to expedite healing and recovery.
  • Communicate with referring physicians and other treatment providers regarding PT care and treatment plan

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Licensed by the NY State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
  • 1-2 years of PT experience preferred
  • New grads welcome
