Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan of care, including discharge planning, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing education to patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona
- BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a critical care or progressive care setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
