Duration: 13 Weeks
On-call Requirement: 2 nights of on-call duty per month based on the work schedule. Weekday roles will require 2 weekend shifts monthly, while weekend roles will necessitate 2 weekday nights each month.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in anesthesia, pediatric sedation, ventilator ICU patients, and general pediatric care with non-sedated patients, as well as scanning conditional devices using SAR and/or B1+RMS guidance with the ability to adjust parameters for scanning conditions.
  • Experience with GE and Siemens equipment
  • BLS certification
  • Registered in MRI with ARRT or ARMRIT
  • Familiarity with EPIC system

Work Schedule: 3x12s, Nights, 8p-8a, Friday to Sunday
On-call Requirement: 2 nights of on-call duty per month based on the work schedule. Weekday roles will require 2 weekend shifts monthly, while weekend roles will necessitate 2 weekday nights each month.

Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers are welcome.
Registration: Must be registered in MRI with ARRT or ARMRIT. GE and Siemens experience is mandatory. EPIC proficiency is required. Candidates should have experience with anesthesia, pediatric sedation, ventilator ICU patients, and general pediatric care with non-sedated patients, along with scanning conditional devices using SAR and/or B1+RMS guidance.

Department Overview: Our facility operates three MRI scanners: GE Architect 3T, GE Artist 1.5T, and Siemens Sola 1.5T, all of which are wide bore. We cater to all age groups, and candidates must have experience with patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. Daily operations include scanning conditional implants such as MR conditional pacemakers, ICDs, and stimulators. Candidates must be adept at conducting these examinations while adhering to scanning conditions. Our department operates 24/7, with varying shifts of 12, 10, and 8 hours. Schedules typically include both weekdays and weekends, with holiday rotation required. Backup on-call duty during the third shift is also expected, where candidates may be called in to cover shifts as needed.
