Job Summary

We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services
  • Thank guests for their business
• Scanning and Bagging
  • Scan and bag guest items efficiently
  • Comply with food safety standards and company best practices
• Order Pick Up and Drive Up
  • Deliver easy and seamless service to guests
  • Comply with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
• Store Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area
  • Stock supplies during store open hours
