This is a high-paying job opportunity for an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Corporate Accounting Manager. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team, conducting financial analysis, and creating financial reports. You will also play a critical role in managing our company's financial operations, including budgeting, corporate accounting, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including designing an organizational structure that will achieve the department's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of corporate accounting experience.
  • Prior experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Knowledge and experience with the SAP system.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and corporate accounting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a dedication to the team's development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA or related certification would be a plus.
