HCLTech is seeking a skilled Telephony Tester to join our team for an ongoing engagement with a leading online search platform company.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional in 3GPP protocol test script development using protocol call boxes such as Keysight/R&S/Anritsu, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in device logs analysis tools such as QXDM, ELT, and mobile device certification testing experience - MNO scripts / GCF PTCRB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test scripts for 5G/4G protocol testing using protocol call boxes
  • Analyze device logs and triage issues using tools such as QXDM and ELT
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer technical requirements and create test scripts
  • Ensure high-quality test results and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in 3GPP protocol test script development
  • Proficiency in device logs analysis tools
  • Mobile device certification testing experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
