We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving seniors and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and our community team to ensure that every individual receives personalized attention and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the specific needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with our community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
  • Respond to the dining needs of our residents and guests, maintaining the highest standards of Sunrise hospitality and service.
Requirements:
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to our residents.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary depending on state regulations.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the best interest of our residents.
